JC Araujo Orosco was born and raised in soccer-mad Lima-Peru where at a very young age he played for historic Colegio Hermanos Maristas in the city of Callao.  At 8 years of age, JC anchored the team as keeper all the way to a final and that is when his love affair with soccer began.  After his family immigrated to the United States, his youth soccer coaching history began in the mid 1990s.
